Help my spybot keeps getting hung up on CCNIC:Toolbar I think this is some kind of malware, but a system restore did not get rid of it.

Hello Desert girl, :welcome:
During the running of a Spybot scan the status bar shows what Spybot-S&D is checking for.
It doesn't mean the items it is scanning for are actually on the computer.
Can the issue be replicated, how long does the scan freeze, does it ever complete?
