CHecksum Error

New member
for many weeks now I have been unable to update Spybot.
Spybot will detect upgrades but when I attempt to download them, after some delay, it will display an message stating "checksum" error.

This happens on 2 different PCs with windows XP.

Is this a problem that I can fix on my end?
