ckjvgfxes.com popup infector infesting webhosted sites

I've already 127.0.0.1 ckjvgfxes.com in my hosts, I don't know what the formal procedure is to request this be added to the malicious sites list in Spybot S&D...?
Instructions on manual removal from an infected site included at that link.. already reported to be affecting hundreds of sites (at least), probably from around 5/17/08 when the domain was first regged in DNS. I just reported this to google security, as the malicious script is in the cached results as well...
