Spybot is finding the Click.GiftLoad problem and can't remove it. My problem is that I CANNOT find where access the scan results log to post in here to find the remedy.

Click.GiftLoad Problem
Spybot is finding the Click.GiftLoad problem. but can't remove it, but to fix this, I need to know where to find the "running processes. logs etc., that others are posting in here.

In case you missed it please see the forum FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions on posting preliminary "DDS" logs for analysis.
"BEFORE You POST"(Please read this Procedure Before Requesting Assistance)
Then start a new topic providing the logs and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
If the DDS won't run please start a new topic anyway and explain the situation.
