CMDService and Vundo

I am new to this forum so forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this. But I have 2 virus/spyware/adware programs that I want to get rid of but not sure how to. The programs are CMDService and Vundo. Thanks for your time.

I can tell little without a HJT log, but if you are positive the VundoTrojan is present, instructions for removing it are Pinned there also.
