Computer asking for information it shouldn't

Hey,

Not sure exactly what is going on but when I go to a secured site it forwards me to a site asking for SSN, maiden names and stuff they shouldn't be asking for.

I have tried all kinds of Anti Virus programs and can't seem to get rid of it.

Any help would be appreciated
