I keep getting this threat that looks like windows but I know its not as two of the three buttons aare disabled. Spybot finds the firewall problem and fixes it but it returns after I reboot. what should I do to make sure it is truely removed?

Do you get the same 'window' (image) if you go to Start>Control Panel>Security Center (for Windows XP)? Are you using XP or Vista?
