constantly trying to connect to IP

HI, I have a question, something on my computer is constantly trying to connect to the IP address 24.141.55.245 "www.isralog.com", cycling through the ports. I have blocked access to this IP using Peer guardian but I need to find which process/service/malware ? is using TCP to connect to this address.

Are there applications/methods to do this?

Ok I have found an application called TCPview (www.sysinternals.com) that shows port use in real time. Identified Firefox as the calprit! seems a dodgy extension was added. I have killed the process and reinstalled firefox problem no longer exists.
