Continue to receive "virtumonde.atr" problems

To Whomever May Help:

My Spybot scans continue to show that my computer is infected with "virtumonde.atr" no matter how many times I perform the Fix Selected Problems operation. I read the entry rules to posting a topic and have an HJT log file waiting to be analyzed. Please help and advise of the next steps.
