Cookies from normal websites

Hello there, this is my first visit to your forum. I think Spybot is a good product, but I have a question/problem. If I perform a malware scan and I choose for Cleanup, all cookies for "normal" websites (like tweakers.net, I am Dutch) are also deleted. So, when I visit tis site the next time, the Cookies question appears.
My question is how I can preserve the cookies from legit/normal websites?

After the scan is done,scroll down and under the Cookies section,uncheck anything that says Browser:Cookie before clicking fix selected.Any tracking cookies found during the scan should be listed in a separate section,so Spybot will still fix those,but should leave the normal cookies alone. :)
