CoolWWWsearch.feat2DLL Crashes my system every time? Help!

Hi There,
As mentioned above.
I've updated spybot today and tried running it several times, but it always freezes my system as soon as it gets to this entry.
What can I do?

If that does not help, the only thing that I can suggest is to follow the instructions here:
If the recommended on-line Anti Virus scans fail to find anything or don't fix the problem with the Spybot scan, then follow up and post a HijackThis log in the following forum and maybe one of the helpers there can determine if there is something in your system causing the problem:
