I just registered in this forum and the reason I'm replying to this thread is that I've been having a problem at the same spot in the scan (coolwwwsearchfeat2dll). I wrote to support and they referred me to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;330137 . When I checked that out it did give the same response I was getting ('There is no disc in the drive. Please insert a disc into drive\device\hadrddisc\Dr1"). However, they indicated that this occured on Start-up. My problem only occurs when I try to use Spybot. I Had peviosly tried uninstalling spybot and re-installin it but that didn't help either. I've tried putting discs in every drive I have, plugging in my external hard drive, and even plugging in my jump drive in the USB port. Anyone have any other suggestions? I have been using Spybot for a couple years and hate to be without it but right now it's unusable.
