Could not delete files

When I first start a scan Spy Bot tells me that there are 112 files that may interfere with the scan and ask to delete them I reply yes. It then comes back and tells me that 52 could not be deleted ans starts to scan.

How do I find out what these files are?

Spybot offers to remove temporary files to help speed up the Spybot scan.The 52 files probably can't be removed if they are in use.
