In my scans,it's removing Spybot's logs,and the statistics.ini.
For example,ccleaner removed some of my fixes logs.These are logs I can
look at,and be able to tell what Spybot fixed(along with other info).The fixes log shows in ccleaner like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs\Fixes.060401-1949.txt 3.34KB
Resident.log shows a log of teatimer's activity,etc.
Statistics.ini shows what was found and removed by Spybot,under Info & License->statistics(you only see that when Spybot is in advanced mode.)
Normally,I uncheck Spybot Search And Destroy in ccleaner,I like to keep my
Spybot logs around for awhile.If you'd like ccleaner not to remove Spybot
things,you can do this:
Open ccleaner,click Applications,scroll down to Utilities,then remove the checkmark from beside Spybot Search and Destroy.
To check and make sure Spybot will put stuff into the recovery section,you
could open Spybot,click mode->advanced mode,then Settings->Settings,
scroll down to Main Settings,and make sure there's a check beside
'Create backups of fixed spyware problems for easy recovery.',and
'Create backups of fixed usuage tracks for easy recovery.'
You can return Spybot to default mode,by clicking mode(up top),then default
mode.
I don't think ccleaner 1.27 removes Spybot's recovery files,though I'm not 100% certain.
(If Spybot found tracking cookies on your computer,these don't get put into Spybot's recovery.)
