Hi....I had some informations that CSAgent.exe in C:\Program Files, is a normal process for Copernic Submirizer. But this file in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 could be a sing of malware. I have found CSAgent.exe-39099FC8.pf in C:\Windows\Prefetch. Does somebody has some informations on this.

It would help to see in context with the exact path. Have you ran Spybot-S&D yet and which version?
Open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About.

Prefetch is when the processor tries to anticipate and fetch the right instructions in advance.
