{DBC80044-A445-435b-BC74-9C25C1C588A9: HELP!!!

I have a Spybot-Search & Destroy dialog box that is forever imprinted on my desktop! The Entry is: {DBC80044-A445-435b-BC74-9C25C1C588A9. I am unable to press the "Deny Change" button; however, the "Allow Change" button is able to be pressed. Even when I press "Allow Change," it still stays on my screen. What is this and how do I get rid of this? Thank you for any help!

My apologies: I am just learning how to use this. I don't understand your emaill, though: does this mean it is ok? I just click "allow change?" It is not a virus or anything?
