Definition Sets untick themselves after weekly update.

I have made sure I had reticked all the items (except Tracks) and updated to the latest definitions. Except the problem here is that the boxes unticked themselves right after the update.

What is going on?

Sounds like a glitch : [. It is fine, thanks for the support Matt.
Hm, but yet again it is my fault. I believe it has to do with the File Set function when you start a scan. It appears that I checked "Check spyware only".
