If you are interested in what version/update level that you were running during various scans, the information can be interpreted from the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and/or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files produced when running Spybot's "Check for problems" and/or "Fix selected problems".
For example, running the latest version of Spybot with the latest updates, the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log shows (bold highlights added):

By default here are two Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log files produced during a scan. The second Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log file has the details of what the scan found (and the information about the version and update level). A Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm log is produced if you fix or attempt to fix something (it also containes the information about the version and update level).
There are two methods to view Spybot's Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files:
Method 1:
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Tools > View Reports > View Pervious reports. Look for the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm you are interested in. Highlight it (left click) then select Open.
Method 2
The Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files are stored in the following folders:
Windows 95 or 98:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
Windows ME:
C:\Windows\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
Windows NT, 2000 or XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log file you are interested in viewing. Double click on it and it should open with Notepad.
