Deleted security tool but no internet-no kaspersky

Hello,

I was infected with Security tool virus. I deleted it on safe mode, searched for the name and location o f the virus and then run MalwareBytes (it didn't find the virus itself) - when i locked in in normal mode the internet wouldn't work (error on page), i couldn't run Kaspersky antivirus (it said there is an error) and not even could do system restore. What can i do?

Which instructions did you follow to delete the file in safe mode?

If you would like someone to take a look at the system please see this FAQ "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) which also includes instructions on posting a preliminary DDS log.

Then start a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
