Desktop buttons don't work sometimes

Hello,
I am having some issues with desktop buttons not working when I click on them after a while. I'm able to surf the internet and have found some malware but have been able to get a clean log from Malware bytes. I've run it several times as well as Spybot S & D.

I have 1 occasional pop up after I've logged into yahoo mail, but there aren't any other window redirects or suspicious pop ups seen.
