Desktop Doesn't Appear.

I've Been keeping my Machine's Spyware Pretty in Check, But i got Bubble on my Desktop Tool Bar saying My Computer was Infected.
After that, My Desktop Turned off and it's just grey, and it wont let me change it. Everything is functioning
Properly, but i want to get rid of this Threat before it gets worse.
If you decide to help me, i would prefer it if you Email me at Removed for own security against spam bots. If you can't Email me, then Thats fine.
