DIAL_DIALER.GM cannot be detected

Hi

I have used the trend micro and managed to detect it....however..it cannot remove nor del.

When i used the spy bot to scan, the software cannot even find the spyware?

My ver is 1.4 and i have just downloaded the latest patch but still it does not work..anyone can help?
