DiFXinstall32.exe- spybot calls it malware

Spybot claims DiFXinstall32.exe is malware. though when I scanned the file with other online virus scanners and malware scanners, it was reported as neither a virus nor malware. It appeared on my computer after i updated iTunes. It is a driver that works with the CD/DVD drive. Does anybody else have an experience with this file. Is this malware??
