What beeps?
How about providing some information about your problem, starting with what operating system you have and exactly what version of Spybot you are using. When did the beeps first start?
Is there any thing else happening at the time like perhaps info balloons appearing. Do you have Teatimer active and if so exactly what version is Teatimer, what browser are you using when you hear the beeps and if it is Internet Explorer, what version is it and do you have the Spybot IE browser add on enabled.
