Display problem on Spybot

I'm getting the bottom the dialog box that appears when a change is being made to the Registry, cut off. More specifically it's cutting the buttons "Accept" /"Decline" off. I just know by experience that the left button is accept & the right decline.

Is this a Spybot setting or a Windows setting for display ?
