distributed testing question...where?

i am trying to run the distributed processing application but can't start the service. I can start the stand alone version but it requires admin password to do so. could it be that the vista home premium logon id i use for everyday does not have admin permission and therefore can't start it up? if so, does anyone know how to get around this problem?

If I am posting in the wrong place would someome tell me where the right place is?

The Stand-alone client is more like a "sample" or a model of what the actual thing would look like.

Go to the start menu>Programs>Safer Networking>Testing Console. Be sure to start the service up first.
