DivoCodec Problem

I got infected by this & ran the following programs both in and not in safe mode.

Spybot S&D (latest Version)
AVG Antivirus
AVG Anti Spyware
A Squared

Spybot did find the DivoCodec files and in the registry and said it removed it but I still get IE pop ups with ads from DivoCodec.
