Do not have Run as Administrator option

I have a new Dell E7500 PC and have installed Spybot S&D on it. I am accustomed to running as admin. on Vista, but do not have that option under Windows 7. How to I get the 2 immunizations accomplished as administrator?
 
Oops -- operator error

I did find the Run as Administrator -- I was looking at the top bar of Spybot in the START menu and not in the list beneath it. Sorry to have bothered.
