Does immunization still matter?

Hi,

I noticed that the immunization numbers haven't changed in years and it's assumable that after those years, the domains that are currently blocked by immunization, don't even exist anymore. So does it still matter to immunize? Or has it become obsolete since Spybot's live protection?

It's personal choice really, some people decide not to while others want to immunize.
