How can I get rid of the double click malware on Windows 7?

Which security programs are installed and how is the computer running in general?

System works fine but every time I open I.E. I get a pop-up window. I use Norton and Spybot.

As we don't know how it got on the computer or if it was bundled with a software installation you could start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum for a volunteer analyst to advise when available.

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS and aswMBR logs, which are used in the preliminary analysis.
