Downloader.qoologic.bj Problems

Im having problems trying to get rid of downloader.qologic.bj. I have the following programs installed: Ewido, HijackThis, and l2mfix. Im not familiar with HijackThis or the lemfix. If anyone could help me with this I would be greatful.

I have ran multiple scans with Ewido and it finds it but has an error when trying to quar. or delete it.
