downloading updates

i read the help menu on which updates to download but am still not sure of which ones are needed. please could someone tell me which updates are needed? thank you

All of them, unless you installed in a language other than English and are using the optional update setting "Display updates for other languages". In that case you can skip updates to the language files other than the language you installed in and English.
