Drsmartload and mendoza virus removal help please?

My norton antivirus 2005 and spyware doctor always detects drsmartload and cleans it up, but then it loads up again right after, they just dont seem to fix the problem. I get several files on my c: directory drsmartload[1].exe warebundle2.exe and a bunch of other files. norton detects mendoza[1].exe virus and drsmartload[1] virus but could not delete nor quarantine them. please help!!!
