I use Nod32 antivirus on my lapyop which runs Windows Vista Home Premium.
The real time file scanner finds this threat - Win32/Conficker.AA worm. It has affected this file - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\EMTTI.DLL

Nod32 cannot clean this file. It gives an error access denied.

How do i get rid of this worm?
