Error During Check

Error DotNet.....The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another.

Yet it says Congratulations no immediate threat. Which is it and is there a problem?????? Thanks
 
Please post the actual results of the scan as follows:
  • Run another scan. When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard" then paste those results to a new post.
Also what Windows OS are you running?
