Recently my Norton Anti-Virus located a threat which it could not delete, but was able to quarantine. Since then, whenever I run Spybot, I get a message that says "some problems couldn't be fixed and could be associated with files still in memory. It may be able to be fixed on restart. Do you want to run Spy Bot on restart"
When I restart, the problems still cannot be fixed. My systems is running well, with no problems....so I have two questions:
1. Do I need to be concerned about this?
2. What can I do to avoid getting that continuing message whenever I run a scan?
I'm a middle-aged semi-comfortable with computers user, so if you can help without too much technical language, that would be great!
Thanks!
