Error retrieving update info file!

When I go to update Spybot S&D I recieve the following error message. "Error retrieving update info file! Socket Error # 11004" Does anyone know how I correct this? I am running Windows XP+Norton Internet Security Firewall.

Socket Error # 11004 usually is an indication that Spybot-S&D is being blocked from accessing the internet. Make sure that SpybotSD.exe is authorized in your firewall to access the internet.
 
I had this very problem a month ago when I was installng Spybot 1.4 on a friends computer at first I didn't know hat had happen but after 10-15 mins of fiddiling about with Spybot I realised it was the order I put the updates in. This was because one of the prgram updates (I forget which one) had actually messed up Spybots connection settings. To get around this little hiccup I re-installed Spybot and put the updates back in but in different order and bingo it worked and everything updated just fine.:bigthumb:
