Error uninstalling zone alarm spyblocker

hello!. well because zonealarm had been nagging for ages to update, i did so and realised it was a big big mistake. now i tried uninstalling it... but the additional feature 'spy blocker' still exists.. and.. also, no matter how many times i uninstall and reinstall zone alarm... the extension won't delete. someone please help?
btw... i also can't scan the computer with kaspersky cos i use mozilla... and not IE.
