etc hosts file changed by spybot??

Does the immunize fuction of spybot change the etc hosts file?

I ask because it seems like every time I immunize and they run AVG I get a warning that the etc hosts file has changed.

If you are running Spybot 1.5, the immunization item "Global (Hosts)" under Windows adds Spybot's HOSTS file entries to your system's HOSTS file.
