event id 1015 c0000005

Hello all,
Not new to these forums, but it's been over 3 years since I was last here so my previous account must've been disabled.

Anyway,
As subject states, my issue is with Spybot and event id 1015 c0000005. I ONLY get this error when scanning computer with Spybot, which causes the computer to automatically shutdown in 60 seconds then when it restarts I get an instant BSOD once I reach the desktop.

I can do full scans with another anti-malware program and my av with no issues and neither of those find anything.

I have totally disabled that miserable DEP.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have XP?
Could you look in Event Viewer,and give me this info?:

Unfortunately, this is on my brothers computer, so I don't have daily access to it.
