external hard drive scan thru chromebook

Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me if it is possible (and where to) scan an external hard drive for viruses etc. attached to my acer11 chromebook?

You can select/deselect drives for scanning by going to:
Start Center > System Scan > Stop Scan

Click the dropdown beside "Show scan results", and choose "Scan with different options".

Here, you can select/deselect any connected drives to include or exclude them from the System Scan.
