FakeMSN8beta - msn spam from www.imfriendz.com

Hey guys,

This morning I found a msn message along the line:

"Hey, is this you?
www.imfriendz.com/?s=<my msn email>"

Stupidly I opened this link, and also ran the program that it prompted me to d/l.

And then my msn started messaging the same message to everyone, the system has also prompted me to do some fishy file restore and such.

I've tried scanning with spybot and it tells me that my comp has fakemsn8beta. I then tried to remove it, but it keeps coming back.

I've pull out the network cable in fear of spreading this further so I can't use online anti-virus softwares,

Anyone has the slightest idea what this is about?

I'm using Windows XP SP2
