False positiv

I am running Spybot and came across a false positiv.

It detected RegCleaner an older program created by Jouni Vuorio http://www.majorgeeks.com/download460.html. I have been using this program for years and also have been using SpyBot for years and only now SB detects RegCleaner as a problem.

Here are all the details:
Windows XP Pro with service pack 3
Internet Explorer 7
SpyBot version 1.6.0.30
Latest detection update: 9/10/2008
The false positiv is a scan result
