False Positive for winsys2.exe?

I am concerned because Prevx malware scanner detected winsys2.exe on my system in C/Windows/System 32. I think this is normal for a MSI motherboard with an NDVIA driver. Norton does not pick it up so I believe its a false positive. Is there any way I can check?
