File dissapears after running it...

So I find this thing on my desktop and I'm like "hmm what is this.. I guess I'll run it and find out..." (YES I KNOW IM STUPID!) and so I run this setup.exe thing and all the sudden it dissapeared. But of course, before I ran it I scanned it with jotti, and my own eset nod32 and it was clean... (I'm downloading spybot right now to scan my computer).

Of course... be careful...

So far nothing unusual happened....

I'm like going paranoid now, what if its a keylogger?! What is it!? Is it some kind of joke file!?

Erm.. Calm down man.. ok so help?

I scanned with spybot... nothing. Maybe it was some kind of trickware (is that what its called?)

I guess I'll scan my computer daily now until I finally feel safe...

GAH! My browser was actually Hijacked! Keeps redirecting me to other sites... I'm so.. P.I.S.S.E.D OFF!!!
