Files with randomly generated name

Heya :)

I'm having problems with files that have name like jkkKbApo.dll. This file regenerates itself right away it's deleted and is a BHO. Most likely origins from Virtumonde which I destroyed successfully tho.
 
My apogolizes, I resolved it myself, utilizing this area's Virtumonde removal threads. Neither Spybot or ComboFix finds anything, nor do I find those files - everything is cleaned up nicely.
