Firefox redirection malware

Hi again, since the fact my post has been closed after some inactivity, but I still get a redirection, this is the previous link to the post

I still have no good news about the issue, OTL gets stuck while processing the scan, it tries to check Firefox settings, but once there it shows no more response, and for VirusTotal... well, I cannot even find the file you specified!

Nothing changed during my last post, no files moved or deleted, anyway I simply cannot perform those two task you requested.

Any tips?
