Fix Select Malware Found

After running a scan for malware, and viewing the many items found, I click on fix selected. After that, I run another scan and the same objects show up again as if they were not fixed. Showing some critical threats of Trojan, etc. What can I do to correct/fix this problem?

Any issues with the computer's performance

Also, did you elevate permissions to run Spybot - Search & Destroy? How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?
