Why spybot system internal says my fsquirt.exe was wrong path.

An application is registered with Windows, but could not be at the given location.
Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths\
Application: fsquirt.exe
Path: fsquirt.exe

When i googled this thing at the internet. I found out that this can found at C:\Windows\system32\fsquirt.exe, and yes its true i found it on the given location. But why this spybot system internal says wrong path? Then where I should put this?

According to my search, this file can be found at
C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
and
C:\Windows\system32.

Perhaps Spybot is only aware of the first file path, but that's just a theory.

The app file is correct location. But i think in registry, it is registered wrong path. So my question is where it should be put at the registry location. Because spybot system internal said that Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths\ is in wrong path. And i think spybot system internal is about registry problem. I need to know where is the original location of this file in registry, to be able to fix this. Spybot team, any reply is needed please. Thanks!
