Bof A started working when I turned off Hosts file
Also possible that that computer was hacked
Evidence destroyed at this point
can I look at Spybot hosts file without looking at all of hosts?

I did a search for BankofAmerica in the hosts file using EditPad Lite, and it was not found. I have 2011-09-21 definitions and am fully immunized.

Hosts file can be opened in any text editor. SpyBot S&D entries will be between

# Start of entries inserted by Spybot - Search & Destroy
# This list is Copyright 2000-2010 Safer-Networking Ltd.

and

# End of entries inserted by Spybot - Search & Destroy

Perhaps you have been hacked. Are you also using something like Hostsman that adds entries?
 
Turns out it was in HP Hosts- already fixed by YoKenny
Not hacked
MY hosts file is merged, duplicates removed and sorted, so hard to determine which source
Thanks for checking I forgot I had HP hosts installed when I re-immunized with Spbot so I thought Spybot
My bad
Now to keep Spybot from wanting to Fix Ask.com- or have they mended their formerly evil ways?

I'd stay from ask also but if I block I get a fix it from spybot
This has happened before when a entree has been removed...
